      • Realize the depth, breadth, and integrated scope of DE&I practices;

      • Assess the current state of DE&I;

      • Determine strategy, and;

      • Measure progress in managing diversity and fostering inclusion.

      Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has emerged as a worldwide practice that is critical to an organization’s success. As with other disciplines, such as quality and safety, standards are needed to establish criteria by which to measure and monitor progress.
