Working Groups

Every advance toward becoming a top 20 region for talent begins with our working groups.

Led by senior business leaders and TalentFirst staff, these groups convene experts and problem-solvers to focus on specific segments of the region’s talent system.

Each working group represents at least one segments of the talent system. Each has actionable objectives and measures of success, all aligned with our common goals. And each has membership with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders, including education, workforce development and nonprofit leaders.

We pursue a high degree of awareness and synergy among the working groups to make the greatest impact. Business leaders act as a voice to other employers on how they can help advance the goals of the working groups and support the stakeholders.

This unique structure provides nimble leadership and an unmatched ability to get things done.
